The point of the training held on 19 August 2011, was to bring тхе concepts of CSR to companies from Pelagonia thus to encourage them to take responsibility to society and taking responsibility for the success of their business.

All day training was held in the training room of the Business Incubator - Bitola and attended some 20 representatives from companies, institutions and public enterprises from Pelagonia region (Bitola, Prilep, Mogila, Novaci, Ohrid and even Skopje).

Trainers, Beti Delovska and Aleksandra Stoilkovska from BASME Consulting - Skopje, through presentations, practical examples, encouraging discussion and exercises shared their knowledge and experiences around the following questions: Why do organizations rather than take profits for personal purposes invested in socially responsible projects? What are socially responsible companies in Macedonia and what are the practices so far? Principles of social responsibility.  The concept of CSR in Macedonia and the world.  Arguments for and against CSR. General criteria to be meet the CSR as well as tips for successful implementation of CSR projects.
