How to successfully present your business plan

The business start-up centre Bitola is organizing a training session created for all business plans submitters at autumn’s cycle of the Business plan competition 2009_2. The aim of this training is to provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary for the successful presentation of your business plan in front of relevant institutions.

The aim

The main objective of this training is to provide to participants knowledge about how to make a structured presentation, how to use different phases for structuring it, and how to present their business plan successfully in front of the commission, bank jury, creditors etc.

After attending the training, the participants will improve their presentational, oratory and negotiation capabilities, in order to better address the communication with creditors, financiers, clients and partners. This training also addresses skills needed to hold better public speeches, presentations, meetings or anything else which includes communication and persuasion.

Methodology

This training consists of several interactive courses, practical exercises and simulations. You will have the opportunity for individual rating and also for video feedback, after which you will receive advice on what you should be careful about in future presentations.

Materials

During the training all participants will have the appropriate materials both in electronical version and hard copy. They can use these in their future style of working and preparing presentations, public speeches, correspondences etc.
